Santini’s Language workshop by Jiří Vítek and Ján Pernecký, final output of trio K. Uhrová, M. Dlabaja and M. Mačuda.

Our output at workshop based on Santini’s conception of architecture.  Jan Blažej Santini Aichel (3 February 1677 – 7 December 1723) was a Czech architect of Italian descent, whose major works represent the unique Baroque Gothic style – the special combination of the Baroque and Gothic styles. Here, we used one of his techniques of intersecting circles that define the volume of architecture. Then we explored possibilities of applying a simple rule to different kind of structures.
